Knee kena injured after today’s frisbee game. Tomorrow need to see doc and wonder how long will I be out of action. Cannot run and swim for now … ahhhhhhhh!!!!!! Signs of aging ?!!?!!? Luckily, hands still available to go gym ….

how did u injure yr knee when playing frisbee? u fell?
Ahh … hard to explain. Frisbee not like the normal beach firsbee. All form circle and throw. The actual frisbee game is like captains ball and rugby (except for the tagging). You throw to each other and run and try to reach the end zone and touch point. So I ran, the “BIG” guy from my OWN team also ran for the end zone. “BANG !!” and the next thing is “CRACK” *from my knee* and you see one skinny fellow on the grass patch with the “BIG” guy still standing upright !! hahahahahahahahaahah !! Not the first time i buang into big guys … the last time, i crashed into one charging straight at me too and made me do a few rolls on the floor … I think I got a 9.0 9.5 9.0 10 10 for that few rolls man !!
oh … … i thot frisbee was to throw tt thingy, so was wondering how u injured yr knee. Now understand liao … … so r u aiming to get a prefect ten score??? Careful hor, not so young liao hor … get well soon!

For your information. The guy who crashed head on with me is my own team member. To add to that, if you in the kids team, we have quite a number of “huge” kids and you might still end up like me.
Anyway, you laugh at me, I will try to make you end up like me. So in the end, you will end up like me .. buwahahahahaha

After exam okay. 5.30 can. My little princess need beauty sleep. Too early wait she Or Bak Kak.. she oredi abit Or Bak Kak like daddy liao. Mum’s field might not be available at times because of soccer match. We shall play at Mum’s field or alternatively, we can proceed to Bishan Park… near near only. Since all kids… won’t need big field…. on the contrary, we need BIG Frisbee……
