Guys .. Guys .. Guys …. Nobody likes changes. Especially environmental ones. Unless you are someone who likes to seek challenges, changes will affect you by far the most among all things. I know that recently, there might be quite lot of changes. OCW leaving us 1st Oct. Myself leaving you guys In November. I know you all like me a lot. I know you all find me attractive. But hor, please accept whatever upcoming changes positively first. I myself don’t really like changes. You think I like to leave O&S to do RX ? No I don’t. If only everything stays as it is, then we will be a team forever and ever. But things gotta come to an end and everybody has to grow. So please do take changes positively first. Why I say first is because some things changes to the negative side. When tat happens, feel free to talk to YC or myself (even though I am not in O&S, you can talk to me cos I can relay it to YC or see If I can help out). Don’t quit on us. Cos we think you guys are good and shouldn’t be discouraged by all these changes.

Hmmm… Yea lor… I also like this team a lot… As a matter of fact, at some point in time, I actually look forward to going to work… I’m quite sure Van shares this sentiment with me also… haha… Cos I remember talking about it with her… But like a chinese saying… there is no banquet with no end… Eventually, people will move on… So it boils down to how we can either FORGET or HATE them.
