Tested out a software called MERCURY !!! It does MSN Messaging as well. But after running it a few rounds, it definitely logs in faster than the stupid MSN messenger. The only cons is that it doesn’t support customized winks at the moment. I will be using MERCURY for the time being to see what other goodies it has got !!! Those interested, can give it a try. But interface is kinda different, so you must bear with it !!!!

I want another IM for my mac.. i used to work on msn but im sick of it and i dnt like the fact that i cant talk offline.. and adium doesnt do that either PLUS i cant customize my emotocons … so.. any ideas?
Hi Mahi, tested a few IMs, and guess some are good in one area, while others are good in others. You really gotta give and take. I tried some IMs and realise that when they start going into long conversations, they kinda lag. So in the end, I found out that MSN is still better in the performance aspect. Never looked into them ever since and doesn’t really know what powerful IMs are there around nowadays. As for mac, I am way out of domain. Hee .. I am not a mac user though I would really want to try it one day…..
